At Auto Apparel, we want every customer to be completely satisfied with their order.
If something isn’t right, we’re here to help make the return process as simple as possible.


📅 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • In original condition

  • With all tags and packaging still attached

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined.


🧾 Return Eligibility

We accept returns for:

  • Wrong size

  • Incorrect item received

  • Damaged item (must contact us within 48 hours of delivery)

  • Change of mind (item must be unused and in original condition)


📦 Non-Returnable Items

To protect hygiene and product quality, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Items that have been worn

  • Items showing signs of use, odour, washing or damage

  • Clearance / final sale items


🚚 Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a mistake on our end (e.g, wrong item sent).

We recommend using tracked shipping, as we cannot refund or replace items lost during return transit.


💸 Refunds & Exchanges

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds are issued back to your original payment method

  • Exchanges are shipped once the returned item has been approved

Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank.
