We always aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, but during busy periods (especially restocks) processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Your delivery address

You will always see the final shipping cost before completing payment.

🔄 Order Changes or Cancellations

Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations due to fast processing times.

🏠 Incorrect Address

Auto Apparel is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If the address entered at checkout is incorrect, we cannot reship or refund the order once it has been dispatched.

🌍 Customs & Import Fees

Most customers will not be charged any customs fees.
However, in rare cases, import duties or handling fees may apply depending on your location.
Any such fees are the responsibility of the customer.

📦 Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been shipped, Auto Apparel is not responsible for:

  • Lost packages

  • Stolen packages

  • Delays caused by the courier
